Summary:

Responsibilities:
Establish, implement, maintain and measure quality system whilst considering both internal and external customer requirements

Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives throughout the manufacturing process

Lead and/or participate in quality audits insuring compliance with relative internal and external regulations

Facilitate team problem solving and follow through on corrective action activities including communication to close the loop

Champion lean activities at division level including garnering support from, and communicating to, all levels

Key Leadership Traits Sought:
Analytical thinker who can effectively identify root cause issues

Motivate and inspire employees to embrace continuous improvement mindset

Proven ability to be a true Change Agent through leadership and building team consensus
