Responsibilities:
Manage skilled trades and production employees to ensure most efficient plan operations
Continually plan and improve production to ensure highest quality products at competitive cost in order to exceed customer expectations
Using lean manufacturing principals, identify opportunities for process and product redesign, and elimination of waste
