Responsibilities:
Provides guidance and counsel on issues involving contracts, UCC, employment law, real estate, intellectual property and litigation managementPartners with operating group leaders in order to align legal strategies with business plan and objectivesFosters effective client relationships outside of and within the CompanyKey Leadership Traits Sought:
