Working with Business Leaders and their staffs from our Operating groups, our Legal Council provides timely, cost-effective, practical advice in a wide range of areas. Responsibilities:
Provides guidance and counsel on issues involving contracts, UCC, employment law, real estate, intellectual property and litigation management

Partners with operating group leaders in order to align legal strategies with business plan and objectives

Fosters effective client relationships outside of and within the Company
