Summary:
Working along side business managers, the finance department employees assist as business partners in preparing, consolidating, analyzing and documenting financial data used to summarize and measure operating effectiveness and profitability. Utilizing models and other tools, the finance department employees assist in developing business solutions that will ensure effective growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the finance and accounting functions / processes for a specific group / unit that could include cost accounting, pricing, short and long term planning and budgeting, financial controls, the Capital Asset Acquisition Request (CAAR) process and inventory management

Formulate data to measure actual financial performance of the division, including monthly reports to assist management to ensure best financial results

Work with division business management to identify/promote continuous improvement initiatives in operations, asset management and productivity programs to maximize operating efficiencies and profitability

Ensure and support all processes to remain SOX 404 compliant
