Responsibilities:
Responsible for all manufacturing process improvements, preventative efforts, capacity studies and facility management

Work with internal departments and external suppliers to evaluate, develop and implement new manufacturing processes to advance manufacturing technology and build engineering competency

Provide technical support and direction to product and process engineering personnel

Plan and implement cost, quality and productivity improvements via key engineering initiatives

Champion management decisions regarding plant layouts, equipment/product/process improvements

Identify and share best practices, process solutions and technologies

Assist in the implementation of lean initiatives and support safety and labor relation initiatives
