Responsibilities:
Responsible for all manufacturing process improvements, preventative efforts, capacity studies and facility managementWork with internal departments and external suppliers to evaluate, develop and implement new manufacturing processes to advance manufacturing technology and build engineering competencyProvide technical support and direction to product and process engineering personnelPlan and implement cost, quality and productivity improvements via key engineering initiativesChampion management decisions regarding plant layouts, equipment/product/process improvementsIdentify and share best practices, process solutions and technologiesAssist in the implementation of lean initiatives and support safety and labor relation initiatives
